Texarkana Texas Police report that Keuntae McElroy, 21, of Texarkana Arkansas turned himself in to police for the shooting incident at the Halloween Party that was being held at Octavia’s Event Center Saturday night.

We obtained a warrant for Keuntae McElroy, 21, of Texarkana AR earlier this morning for Aggravated Assault and had been searching for him since. After we contacted several family members and friends, he turned himself in about an hour ago. He was booked into the Bi-State Jail on one count of Aggravated Assault. Addition charges will be filed against him on Monday.
