A Texarkana Texas woman has been arrested and charged with Publishing Intimate Visual Material. a state jail felony. She turned herself into authorities and was released after posting a $10,000 bond.

No matter how mad you get at your ex, this is never ever a good idea.For whatever reason, 25-year-old Jazzmyn Spriggs started sending a bunch of social media messages to her former boyfriend’s new girlfriend a few weeks back. Included in those messages was at least one old video of the boyfriend doing some rather “private” activities that he obviously never intended for anyone to see – and especially not his new girlfriend.
He filed a complaint with us, which ultimately led to Detective Cory Motley getting a warrant against Spriggs for Publishing Intimate Visual Material (a state jail felony). She turned herself in early yesterday morning and was released from jail a couple hours later after posting a $10,000 bond.
