I feel comfortable saying that I personally know of two dozen (and a couple more) times that semi-trucks have tried to make that underpass on College Drive fit and it didn’t work out the way the driver wanted.
The underpasses on College Drive and 40th Street have claimed many oversized loads over the years. If you have a guess, leave it in the Facebook Comments.
The Texarkana Texas Police Department made a social media post showing the latest trailer that the underpass has eaten… despite numerous warning signs, and a big yellow piece of iron made to scrape the top of trailers off.
