The Greater Texarkana Young Professionals (GTYP) are thrilled to invite you to our highly anticipated annual fall event, “Destination Downtown.” They take great pride in supporting our vibrant Downtown Texarkana community, and each year, they strive to make this event bigger, better, and more exciting for everyone. This year is no exception, with some fantastic changes to ensure an unforgettable evening for all attendees.

Here’s what you can expect at Destination Downtown:
VIP Pre-Party (Limited Tickets Available): Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM Our VIP Pre-Party will be held at the iconic Perot Theater. Limited tickets are available, so be sure to secure yours in advance. Enjoy delectable catering by Pecan Point, light entertainment, and a range of exclusive perks.
General Admission (Limited Tickets Available): Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Early General Admission check-in will take place outside of Café Lucille and The Beauty BAR txk on West 3rd Street, Texarkana, TX. General Admission tickets include complimentary food, drinks, and entertainment from several participating downtown businesses.
Entertainment Only (No Cover Charges): Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM For those looking to enjoy the entertainment without the need for cover charges, they offer entertainment-only tickets. Join in at various participating locations and revel in the lively atmosphere.
Main Check-In: Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM The primary check-in location will be near El Frio and Hopkins Icehouse on East 3rd Street, Texarkana, AR. During this time, you can enjoy refreshment specials at El Frio and food and drink specials at Hopkins Icehouse.
