The Twin City Black History Association will mark a significant milestone as it hosts the 30th Annual Citywide Church Service on Thursday, February 6, at 7:00 p.m. The service will take place at Polly Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, located at 2123 Spruce Street in Texarkana, Texas.
This year’s event will be led by Reverend Solomon Phifer, with a special message delivered by Reverend Desmond Robinson of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. The service, a long-standing tradition in the community, brings together churches, faith leaders, and residents to celebrate faith, unity, and the rich legacy of Black history.
As February marks Black History Month, the Citywide Church Service serves as a meaningful opportunity for attendees to reflect, worship, and honor the contributions of African Americans throughout history.
All are welcome to attend this evening of prayer, praise, and reflection.
