Safety Day: Superhero Style happens this Saturday, April 26, at Spring Lake Park from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The City of Texarkana, Texas is partnering with TxDOT along with Communities Unlimited and Community Healthcore to bring you a FREE community safety event where children will learn about bicycle safety, and explore a TTFD fire truck!
