The Texarkana Soccer Association will be holding Summer Soccer Camps this at Grady T. Wallace Park. The first camp is for fundamentals and is scheduled to begin on June 12. Additional camps will focus not only on fundamentals but also build elite skills.
Details and online registration forms are available at texarkanasoccer.com. There will be four camps open to the public this summer. These camps focus on fundamentals, scoring goals, saving goals, and an advanced camp to really build elite skills.
FUNDAMENTAL Camp #1
JUNE 12-16
This camp is for any players between the ages of 8 and 16 who are wishing to either learn the fundamentals or improve upon basic soccer skills.
SCORING GOALS/SAVING GOALS CAMP
JUNE 19-23
This camp is all about what happens in front of goal where games are won and lost. This camp is for advanced/travel/select level players between the ages of 11 and 16 and goalkeepers.
ADVANCED CAMP
JUNE 26-30
This camp is for advanced/travel/select level players between the ages of 11 and 16 who want to improve their game – from passing to defending to group tactics.
