ADC officials were notified on Monday at 10:45 p.m. that Joshua Bean had walked away from M&M Milling in Texarkana, Arkansas where the inmate participated in a work-release program.

ADC officials report that at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday, Bean was back in custody at T.R.C.C.

This is the second inmate to walk away from M&M Milling that FYI has reported on, an inmate by the name of Patterson also walked away from that location in October of 2015.

Bean has been serving a 15-year sentence for burglary and theft of property out of Garland County, Arkansas and will be facing additional charges and time for his actions.

The Arkansas Department of Corrections continues to investigate the incident.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
