    Suspects Wanted for Theft of Truck and Guns Now in Police Custody

    Two suspects that were considered armed and dangerous are now in police custody in Hempstead County, Arkansas. Shelby McKenzie was arrested at his home in Murfreesboro, Arkansas, and Destiny Hensley turned herself in to police in Texarkana.

    Press Release:

    Shelby McKenzie white male 21 years of age was taken into custody without incident Sunday September 10, 2017 at a residence in Murfreesboro, Arkansas at approximately 2:00 am by Hempstead County Deputies, Murfreesboro Police and Pike County Deputies.

    McKenzie was transported to the HCDF where is awaiting a first appearance for Theft of Property.

    The 2013 Chevrolet was recovered in Domino, Texas on Friday 8, 2017, The AK 47 was recovered in Hope by Hope Police.

    Destiny Hensley who was identified in the original report as Destiny Harvell turned herself in at approximately 4:15 pm Friday in Texarkana and is in the HCDF awaiting a first appearance for Theft of Property.
