A night of great music, good food, and giving back is coming to downtown Texarkana with “2 Pianos Downtown,” a benefit event for the Randy Sams Outreach Shelter, happening Thursday, April 24 from 7–10 p.m. at Crossties, located at 324 Broad Street.
The evening will feature live entertainment by the crowd-pleasing musical duo “2 Pianos” — made up of Dr. Paul Whitt and Jimmy Roberts — known for their high-energy performances and wide-ranging musical stylings.
Tickets are $75 per person, which includes hors d’oeuvres by Chef on the Run, two complimentary drinks, and an evening full of fun and entertainment. A variety of sponsorship packages are also available, starting at $250, with higher levels offering reserved seating and media recognition.
Proceeds from the event will go directly to support the work of Randy Sams Outreach Shelter, the area’s only emergency shelter for adults experiencing homelessness. In 2025 alone, the organization is projected to serve around 1,000 individuals, offering not just shelter, but meals, clothing, transportation, prescription assistance, case management, job training, life skills classes, and more.
Organizers emphasize that every ticket purchased and every sponsorship secured plays a vital role in providing hope and resources to those facing homelessness in the Texarkana community.
Limited tickets are available, and advance purchase is strongly encouraged.
To support a great cause and enjoy a memorable night out in downtown Texarkana, don’t miss “2 Pianos Downtown” — a fundraiser with heart and harmony.
