One man has been shot overnight at the Shell Station next to Sonic in the 4600 block of Summerhill Road. Police were called to the scene near 2:15 a.m. and the incident is under investigation.
TXK Today reports that a male reported to police that he was giving a female a ride from the Waffle House on Summerhill road, when he was shot in the lower back. The woman got out of the car and walked away from the scene after he was shot.
