Texarkana Texas police, the Liberty Eylau Fire Department, and Lifenet are working the scene of a dump-truck that overturned on Hwy 59 at the loop creating a pretty big mess that will take a little while to clean up.
The truck was turning right from Hwy 59 onto Bishop heading toward the loop going to the Arkansas side of town. Lifenet responded, and the driver was transported to a local hospital reports are the driver suffered no life-threatening injuries.
