The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department and the FBI have been conducting an investigation into underage prostitution and human trafficking that has led to the arrest of three women on prostitution charges and more arrests are expected.

On 04/28/2017, The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department and FBI-Texarkana, Arkansas conducted a joint investigation with the focus of targeting underage prostitution and human trafficking in Texarkana. As a result of the investigation, 3 females were arrested on charges of Prostitution and Possessing an Instrument of Crime. Three of the females are identified as Jessica Dodson, 20 years of age, Latoya Robinson, 39 years of age, and Savannah “Savy” Works, 18 years of age. Other arrests were made during the investigation.
