A Little Rock Arkansas Police Officer is caught on video saving the life of a 2-year-old child. The baby was choking on a piece of candy. LRPD Officer James Phillips was on patrol when the driver of an SUV in front of him suddenly slammed on its brakes.
KARK reported that LRPD Officer James Phillips was on patrol Sunday night when the driver of an SUV in front of him suddenly slammed on its brakes. Dashcam video shows Officer Phillips taking the limp child from the vehicle and performing the Heimlich maneuver, saving the child’s life. It’s also reported that the child is currently doing well.
