The City of Texarkana, Arkansas, is drafting an updated Comprehensive Plan to develop a vision for future development and redevelopment within the City over the next 20 years.
This process includes members of the public, stakeholders, and City Officials/Staff input. The Plan will ultimately be reviewed and considered for adoption by the City’s Planning Commission and Board of Directors.
