With all of Texas under winter weather advisories of some sort, and the accumulation rising in our area, most local schools and businesses will be delayed if not completely canceled. We will update this list as more are added.
Closed Monday, February 15, 2021:
- T.I.S.D. – Closed Monday and Tuesday (possibly extended)
- T.A.S.D. – Closed Monday (planned holiday)
- P.G.I.S.D. – Closed all week (winter break)
- New Boston – Closed Monday and Tuesday (possible extended)
- Liberty Eylau – Closed all week (winter break)
- Hooks – Closed all week (winter break)
- Redwater – Closed all week (winter break)
- Texas A&M – Texarkana – Closed on Monday the 15th (online learning Tuesday – Friday)
- Texarkana College – Virtual classes all week
- U of A Hope/Texarkana – Both campuses closed on Monday the 15th
Another round of winter precipitation is forecasted to pass over our region on Wednesday. The roads are treacherous and if you do not absolutely have to get out in it, don’t. We will continue to share closure and delay information as we get it.
