Construction of the Three Bostons Museum and Tourist Center located in downtown New Boston Texas is progressing and the one million dollar project is expected to be completed in December of this year.
The structure is a two-story building of almost 5,000 square feet and is being built to look like the city’s old train station. The Three Bostons Museum will celebrate the history of the New Boston, Old Boston, Boston and Bowie County.
Funding for the project is coming from the city’s motel/hotel tax.
The building will also house the New Boston Chamber of Commerce when completed.
