If the Board of Directors passes the resolution, it could be up to the citizens of Texarkana Arkansas to decide with a public vote as early as November. An article in the Texarkana Gazette did not clarify if the proposal is for liquor, beer and wine, or just beer and wine. The resolution is on the agenda for the 6:30 meeting Monday.
