Don’t miss the scheduled “Liquor Tasting” hosted by Highway 8 Liquor and DeLaughter’s Grocery in Maud Texas on Friday, September 22 at 4:00 pm. To our knowledge, this will be the very first Liquor Tasting event ever in Bowie County.
From what we have been able to find, this Friday may very well be the very first “Liquor Tasting” event in Bowie County history. The event will take place at Highway 8 Liquor in Maud Texas this Friday.
The experts will be on hand offering a variety of tastes in liquors and craft beers to try before you buy. Some of the liquors to be featured include Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire with that cinnamon heat and smooth finish. Tasters can sample the unmistakenly smooth taste of Crown Royal Apple. There will be samples from the many flavored Pinnacle Vodkas, Firefly Peach Tea Vodka, and different flavors of Country Star Kenny Chesney’s Blue Chair Bay Rums. There is also a wide and deep selection of wines and craft beers.
The event takes place at 408 Houston Street in Maud Texas next door to DeLaughter’s Grocery store from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
