Texarkana Arkansas Police have identified the man found deceased at Foxcreek Apartments this morning. The body of Earnest Jackson, 40, of Chicago Illinois, was discovered this morning. Investigators believe this may have been homicide.

Regarding the deceased male found inside the Fox Creek Apartments earlier
today, the male was identified as Earnest Jackson, forty years of age from
Chicago, Illinois. The family of Mr. Jackson has been notified. The detectives’
investigation has led them to work the incident as a homicide.Detectives are currently following up on leads, and Crime Scene Detectives have processed

The manager of Foxcreek Apartments in Texarkana Arkansas called 911 this morning around 9:30 to report that a male resident in his 40’s had not been seen in a week and requested a welfare check. Upon arrival and entry into Jackson’s apartment, they discovered Mr. Jackson’s lifeless body.
