Keep Texarkana Beautiful (KTB) is inviting community members to roll up their sleeves and join a morning of beautification this Saturday, September 6, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Volunteers will gather near Freedom Grace Fellowship Church, located at 2401 Hazel Street, to pick up litter and help improve the appearance of the neighborhood. Organizers say this is a great opportunity for residents to come together, make a difference, and take pride in their community.
Waste Management is generously providing supplies, including grabbers, gloves, and safety vests, to ensure volunteers have everything they need. Participants are also welcome to bring their own gear if preferred.
KTB encourages everyone to come out, help “divide and conquer,” and be part of the effort to reduce litter and beautify Texarkana.
