Some of our local favorites will be providing entertainment for the 2023 Twice as Fine Wine Festival on Saturday, May 6 at Spring Lake Park. Here is the list of performers and times.
Live music, gourmet treats, and of course, WINE is the star of the annual Texarkana Twice as Fine Wine Festival. For 2023 the date is Saturday, May 6. The event kicks off at 11:00 am and will run to 7:00 pm.
