The Texarkana Texas Parks Department and the young ladies with local Girl Scout Troop #2061 recently installed “Little Libraries” at Bringle Park and Spring Lake Park to share the gift of reading with the community.
The installation of the libraries took place on Saturday, February 21. If you have books to donate, we are sure they would be appreciated.
