On Tuesday, August 13, 2024, Deputy Kendall Nichols of the Miller County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tony Potts on an outstanding felony warrant for theft of property exceeding $25,000. The warrant, issued by Miller County CID detectives, came after an investigation triggered by multiple complaints against Potts.
The complaints allege that Potts failed to render services, kept several vehicles without completing the agreed-upon work, and did not refund money to his clients. Potts is currently being held at the Miller County Detention Center with a bond set at $25,000.
