UPDATE: LOCATED AND IS SAFE.
The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has issued a BOLO, (be on the lookout), for Cecile Bringham, 75yoa, last seen on August 31st, at 8:00am, leaving from CVS Pharmacy at 3908 North State Line Avenue.
Ms. Bringham was last seen wearing dark clothing and a red jacket, using a walker. Anyone with information please call T.A.P.D. CID at 903-798-3154 or 911.
