We are getting reports that the Texas High Tigers and the Arkansas High Razorbacks will not be playing each other in the annual rivalry football game in the 2022 and 2023 Football Seasons. A rivalry that dates 100 years.
The game has not been played the last couple of years over concerns of COVID 19, but we now understand that due to UIL changes, the Tigers football schedule has been affected for the ’22 and ’23 seasons.
This is fresh news and there is already talk of “coming up with something”, so we are going to keep our fingers crossed that we can keep the friendly competition alive.
