The Texarkana Arkansas have arrested a 16-year-old in connection with the shooting incident that occurred on October 5th on 35th Street in front of the Quill Creek Apartments. Warrants for two other juveniles are currently pending.

TAPD has arrested a 16yoa juvenile for the recent shooting that occurred on Thursday, October 5, 2017, in the 1300 block of East 35th Street. During the incident, 2 individuals were shot and a residence in the area struck with gunfire.
The juvenile has been charged with 9 counts of Terroristic Act, 23 counts of Aggravated Assault, and 2 counts of Battery 2nd. Additional warrants for 2 juveniles are currently pending.
The shooting occurred on October 5th at 3:15 pm just off of the roadway in front of the Quill Creek Apartments on 35th Street. There was an altercation between a group of individuals when suspects began firing shots. Two people and a nearby residence were struck by gunfire.
