The Texarkana Texas Police are working a crime scene near Westlawn School on Westlawn Drive in Texarkana Texas where one person was shot, another stabbed and one person in police custody.
The T.T.P.D. reports:
We are at an apartment complex in the 400 block of Westlawn where one person was stabbed and another was shot a little before noon today. Both victims are being treated at local hospitals for what appears to be non-life threatening injuries. One person has been arrested.
