Private Pesticide Applicator Training Dates Scheduled for Miller County

The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service in Miller
County is offering two in-person Private Pesticide Applicator Training sessions. The cost is $20 for the training plus $45 for a license that is good for 5 years.

Pre-registration is required as space is limited due to social distancing requirements.

The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service in Miller County is offering two in-person Private Pesticide Applicator Training.

The first training is scheduled for Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections, 305 East 5th Street. If we have enough interest, the second training is scheduled for the following day, February 10, at the Fouke Community Center, 106 East Main, Fouke, AR. Both trainings begin at 9:30 AM.

Applying pesticides requires education and training to assure safe and effective use. If you are interested in obtaining a license or if you need to renew an existing one, call our office at 870-779-3609 or email jsmallwood@uaex.edu to pre-register. Masks are required and social distancing will be upheld. Pens will not be collected after the class. If you feel sick, please do not come.
