The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department has identified 19-year-old Kahim Webster as the suspect in the October 22, 2024, homicide of a male juvenile. The young victim was pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital, following the tragic shooting at the River Run Apartment Complex.
Webster, who is still at large, is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities describe him as a black male, 6 feet tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair. TAPD detectives, led by the Criminal Investigation Division, are actively searching for Webster. Additional warrants may be issued as the investigation continues.
