APD is investigating the death of Joseph Ross, 26, of Texarkana. Ross was in the parking lot of 4524 N. Stateline early Sunday morning when gunshots were fired.
Ross was privately transported to St. Michaels hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Ross will be transferred to the Arkansas State Crime Lab in Little Rock for autopsy.
