Texarkana Man Arrested for Fishy Trespassing Adventure

In an unusual turn of events, local resident Ronald Walker found himself in hot water earlier this month after allegedly trespassing to grill fish on someone else’s barbecue grill. The incident took a serious turn when Walker reportedly threatened Officer Jonathan Price with harm.

According to a statement from Officer Price, who is familiar with Walker’s unpredictable behavior and less-than-favorable view of law enforcement, the situation escalated when Walker made threats against Price and his family. “I’m familiar with Ronald and know that his behavior is very unpredictable and he does not seem to have a favorable opinion towards law enforcement,” Officer Price remarked in the affidavit.

Adding a quirky twist to the encounter, Walker was apprehended with a 12-inch filet knife in his possession. Reports also claim that he playfully tossed some coins at Officer Price, which, thankfully, only hit the officer’s bullet-proof vest.

Walker now faces charges that include terroristic threatening of a peace officer, a felony offense that could lead to a stint of six months to two years in a Texas jail if convicted.

Currently residing in the Bowie County jail, Walker’s bond has been set at $30,000. As the case unfolds, Texarkana residents are left to ponder the curious case of the fish-grilling trespasser with a penchant for unexpected encounters with the law.
