Texarkana residents will have no shortage of ways to ring in 2026, with New Year’s Eve celebrations planned across downtown and throughout the community, featuring live music, themed parties, and entertainment options for every style.
One of the largest coordinated events of the night is the Downtown Texarkana Midnight Masquerade, a multi-venue celebration running from 8:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. The masquerade-themed crawl allows guests to move between participating downtown locations, each offering live entertainment, themed cocktails, and a champagne toast at midnight. The celebration culminates with a traditional unmasking as the new year begins.
Participating downtown venues include 1923 Banana Club, which will host a 2Pianos New Year’s Bash featuring dueling pianos and a two-level party atmosphere blending Roaring ’20s flair with a disco-inspired dance floor. Crossties will host a high-energy New Year’s Eve party with live band music and champagne at midnight, while The Eagle will feature a live performance by Taylor Coleman, welcoming 2026 with a midnight toast. Guitar great Lew Russ will be playing at Joe’s Italian Bistro across from the downtown Federal Building.
Just outside the downtown core, the Texarkana Arkansas Convention Center is hosting a major New Year’s Eve event at the Elf’n Good Times Bar & Grill, located inside the Holiday Inn Arkansas Convention Center. The celebration will feature nationally recognized Felix & Fingers Dueling Pianos, bringing an interactive, high-energy performance to ring in the new year. Organizers say the event will include live music, food, drinks, and a festive atmosphere designed to create a memorable night as 2026 begins.
Country music fans can head to Whiskey River Country Club for a special New Year’s Eve concert featuring The Hailey Wright Band, with Josh Arnold opening the show. Wright, who recently gained national attention as a contestant on NBC’s The Voice, continues to perform regionally while building momentum following her television appearance.
Fat Jack’s is also hosting a New Year’s Eve celebration with live music from TJ McAlexander, offering a more traditional bar-style countdown.
Additional live music and party options are also scheduled throughout Texarkana. Alex & Liv will perform with a full band at Cheers of Texarkana, formerly known as The Arrow Bar, offering a high-energy live music experience. The band Locked ’n’ Loaded will take the stage at the VFW on Highway 82, providing a classic New Year’s Eve party atmosphere. Meanwhile, The Hideout in downtown Texarkana will host a large New Year’s Eve celebration featuring DJ Dustyn Priest, keeping the party going with music and dancing through the midnight countdown.
With masquerade parties, dueling pianos, DJs, live bands, and nationally recognized performers, Texarkana’s New Year’s Eve lineup offers residents and visitors multiple ways to celebrate safely and responsibly as the community welcomes 2026.
