A City of Texarkana Texas pickup truck was involved in an accident on N. Stateline when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a vacant brick home. The driver of the vehicle was transported to a local hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.
Some reports are that the driver, Mark “Hoss” Edwards, may have suffered from a medical condition that caused the accident around 5:00 pm near the intersection of 26th Street and N. Stateline. An official cause has not been released. The accident is under investigation.
