Downtown Texarkana is set to transform into a winter wonderland as the Historic Perot Theatre hosts “Christmas on Main” on Saturday, December 20, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The family-friendly celebration at the Historic Perot Theatre at 221 Main Street promises a full day of holiday magic, entertainment, and activities for all ages.
The highlight of the event will be the outdoor ice skating rink set up directly in front of the Perot Theatre. For just $5 per skater, guests can take to the ice from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the final skaters allowed on at 6:30 p.m. Skaters must sign a waiver before lacing up—and organizers are already challenging attendees to see who can pull off the best figure-8 on Main Street.
In addition to skating, Christmas on Main will feature food trucks, local vendors, carolers, carriage rides, and hands-on activities, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the day.
