The Texas Department of Safety’s “Regulatory Service Division” (RSD) will be accepting applications for dispensing licenses under the Compassionate Use Program.
Applications can be made online thru the RSD portal using this ONLINE APPLICATION.
The Compassionate Use Program (CUP) was enacted in 2015.
Applications will be accepted until 5:00 pm on April 28, 2023.
