The Texarkana Texas Police are investigating an overnight shooting that left one man dead, and a woman suffering from injuries. Police are seeking two suspects that fled the scene in a dark-colored SUV.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in the early morning hours of July 7, 2018
At approximately 3:50 AM this morning, officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 300 block of Brookwood Dr., in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival officers located a white male, 21, of Texarkana, Texas and a white female, 59, of Texarkana, Texas suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The white male died at the scene as a result of his injuries. The white female was transported to a local hospital with non-life threating injuries. Both victims lived at the residence where the shooting occurred.
The preliminary investigation revealed there was a disturbance involving weapons being displayed in front of the house. At some point during the argument the suspects, described as two black males, opened fire on the victims. The suspects fled the scene in a dark colored SUV.
