    UA Cossatot 6th Annual College Rodeo this Weekend at Four States Fairgrounds

    It is a huge weekend for rodeo at the Four States Fairgrounds as the 6th Annual UA Cossatot College Rodeo begins Thursday April 28 and runs thru Saturday April 30 inside the Entertainment Center.

    The show begins at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday. and Saturday.

    Thursday April 28 is UA Cossatot Student Night…get in free with your UAC student ID.

    Friday, April 29 is Military Night, get in free with a military ID. Rodeo loves our service men and women – past, present and future!

    Saturday April 30 is Championship night!

    Plus, Friday & Saturday will feature the chance to win $30,000 for one lucky spectator with the Horseshoe Throw!

    Returning again this year is Rodeo Clown Gizmo McCracken. PRCA member Doug Mathis will be announcing. Doug is a multiple finalist for PRCA Announcer of the Year Awards and even appeared in George Strait’s movie, “Pure Country” and J&J Rodeo Company is bringing in the livestock.

    This rodeo closes out the season with more than 300 participants in Barrel Racing, Bare-back Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding and of course the crowd favorite, Bull Riding. These college athletes from more than six states are all competing for points to be able to participate in the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Finals in Casper Wyoming.

    Tickets are $10 for adults, all students are only $8 and 5 and under are free. Tickets are available at the Four States Fairgrounds Box Office.
