Athletes wanting to take their skills to the next level will gather at The Sportsplex by Healthcare Express this weekend. If you are wanting to help to increase your child’s sports performance, visit Xcelerate Athletics Open House Event this Saturday, May 6th 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.

Xcelerate Athletics summer program, Work, is the one you are looking for. The program is an all-sport athletic enhancement program that uses speed, agility, strength and conditioning training to develop athletes and help them reach the next level of performance. This year’s training will be held in their brand new location on the campus of The Sportsplex by HealthCARE Express at 5610 Richmond Rd. The new location will have a 9,000 square foot indoor training facility, an outdoor athletic training field, and an outdoor lap pool for underwater resistance training. Enrollment for the summer program has kicked off and spaces are limited. The 10-week program runs June 5 to Aug. 11. This elite training system is open to athletes entering Kindergarten and extends through the collegiate and pro level.
