With news of “The Electric Cowboy” closing it’s doors for good, many are reflecting on their memories of the popular night spot. Before there was “the Cowboy”, many remember the “Pines Country Club & Pizazz”. A friend emailed me some videos from the early 80’s, so for a real flashback, watch!
Many fans of the nightspot had a great time at the 2016 Four States Fair & Rodeo when there was a performance of the “Pines Country Club Reunion Band” after the rodeo one night. The show drew a large crowd to scoot boots in the red dirt of the Four States Fair Entertainment Center.
A Facebook friend of mine Casey Zappa Roberts posted this video from the early 80’s shot at “The Pines & Pizazz” nightclubs. He did an awesome job of cleaning up the old video and made a couple of edits. There is no audio to it, but should bring back a ton of memories for many.
