The annual Tapas & Wine event to benefit Hands On Texarkana will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021, at the Collins Home, 1915 Olive Street in Texarkana, Texas.
For 2021 the theme is the 1920s! We might see some break out their Charleston or Fox Trot dance moves. Jeff Loving will be preparing the food and pairing it with the perfect wines. Many great items are up for auction, raffles games, and more are planned for this outdoor event.
