A police chase that began in the College Hill area of Texarkana Arkansas ended with the arrest of two people when they were finally caught in Harrison County Texas. Police have released the audio of a 911 call from the woman believed to have been driving.
33-year-old Jessica Hayes of Texarkana sped away from Texarkana Arkansas Police when they attempted a traffic stop. The chase led from Texarkana to Caddo Parish Louisiana, then over to Harrison County Texas where law enforcement were able to box in the vehicle and arrest two occupents. Jessica Hayes and a passenger in the car, James Willson. Police found Meth in the car and an unrestrained infant in the backseat.
Hayes and Wilson were booked into a Harrison County Jail facing a number of charges.
