October 9 thru 11, 2020 the Four States Fairgrounds will host “Lucky Dog 2020” barrel racing with some of the fastest ladies on the circuit will be racing the clock for the $8,700 in added money and of course, the big buckles and saddles. Spectators get in for free!

With this being a qualifier for the Junior American Rodeo we are expecting so many great rides. We have over 500 stalls taken already and then a lot of riders from the Ark-La-Tex will be racing also. We have to be careful with social distancing and such but we will have a lot of vendors with everything from western wear, to leather goods and more. It’s going to be a great weekend, and spectators get in for free.
After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
