The series of “Planes, Trains, & Automobiles” will be featured in the month of January 2022 at the Texarkana Museum of Regional History. We have the schedule here.

The series kicks off this Saturday, January 8 with Josh Davis discussing the love of flying. Josh is a local pilot and will discuss his passion for the skies and present information on how you can learn to fly. This is free for the public to attend, light refreshments will be provided, of course, donations to the Texarkana Museums System are always appreciated.

On January 22 the topic is Trains and Griff Hubbard will discuss the wreck of T&P Engine 642 and Texarkana’s Railroad History at the Ace of Clubs House.

January 29 is Automobiles in conjunction with a Murder Mystery Party at the P.J. Ahern Home.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
