Together, these two have been quietly and very successfully promoting Texarkana, U.S.A. with festivals and events… food trucks rodeos, cultural events, music, and special music to our ears, the returning “Texarkana Catfish Festival”.
Douglas Arnold and Arnold Boy Entertainment have been producing the extremely popular “Soul Sessions” hosted here in Texarkana that has drawn world-class talent to Texarkana and has big plans moving forward with the next event scheduled for June 25.
