The second annual Universal Vibe Health, Wellness, & Music Festival is set for Saturday, October 15, 2022, in downtown Texarkana. Last year was so much fun, with arts, music, food, and a celebration of the many cultures here in our community.
This is such a great opportunity to educate each other on healing, evolving, and understanding one another in such troublesome times. Colton Foltz is the organizer of the event and really hustles to include everyone.
