Saturday, February 11 at 4:00 pm is the third annual “Best Chili in Texarkana Cookoff” at The Sportsplex by Healthcare Express.
Saturday night at the Four States Fairgrounds is the “Ultimate Challenge Bullriding” to determine the best of the best, doors open at 6:30 pm.
