C.J. Harris was a very special young man that spread love, kindness, and encouragement and since his tragic passing in 2021 at the age of 14, C.J. is still spreading love and kindness with the #BELIKECJ Foundation. A very special “Walk of Love” is planned for Saturday, May 20 on Front Street in downtown Texarkana. This free event is for EVERYBODY!

We were fortunate to speak to C.J.’s mom, Marie Harris, about what a blessing C.J. was and still is through the foundation in his name and memory, the #BELIKECJ FOUNDATION.

Be a part of the “Be Like CJ Walk of Love” on Saturday, May 20. This is a free family event that will be held at Front Street Plaza in downtown Texarkana. There will be bounce houses, food trucks, vendors, face painting, music, and so much more!

Find out more about the #BELIKECJ FOUNDATION.

After more than 40 years with commercial broadcasting, I decided to do my own thing by blogging, and taking "unconsultant" gigs. It affords me the ability to stay super involved in the community, but still, have plenty of time with my 3 granddaughters and other projects.
