The Texarkana Black History Parade is Saturday at 2:00 pm in downtown Texarkana on East Broad with a theme of “Unity in the Community”. I hope the weather holds, winter got the MLK parade so we are hoping for a good turnout on Saturday, fingers crossed.
Masterworks III – Voices of Power at the Historic Perot Theatre Saturday night at 7:00 pm featuring Naumburg Foundation Award Winning Violinist, Sharon Roffman.
