This is our TexarkanaFYI.com weekend rundown of live entertainment in Texarkana for the Weekend of May 3 & 4 thanks to our great partners in the community at Tony Langford Roofing, and from Texarkana’s favorite place to play at night, Whiskey River Country Club.
We made it to May, which as you know here in the Ark-La-Tex pretty much means Summer Time and there is a lot for everyone to get out and do this weekend. Saturday there is some officially sanctioned drinkin’ in the park with the Twice as Fine Wine Festival at Spring Lake Park, targeting Texarkana’s more “affluent audience”. The event benefits the Tri-State Area Alzheimer’s Alliance
Lots happening in downtown Texarkana on Sunday, May 5 with Cindo de Mayo TXK festivities including a street soccer tourney kicking off at 9:00 am on Sunday, a Fast Pitch Contest at noon, and a lot of food, music, and fun.
